Shipping:
All orders over $75 dollars ship for FREE. Shipping on orders under $75 to the lower 48 states of America is only $5.99.
SimpleMemoryKits.com ships most items through the United States Postal Service(USPS). Your order should be shipped within 2 to 5 business days after order completion. In most cases the order will ship the same day.
Can we ship to a PO Box?
Yes. Because we ship through the mail service(USPS) we can ship to a PO Box. However if the order is shipped by another method, such as UPS and FEDEx we will need a physical address for shipping.
Hawaii and Alaska Shipping Information:
We do ship to Hawaii and Alaska although additional shipping charges will apply. We will contact you via email or phone of the additional charges before processing your order.
Do you ship to Canada and other International Destinations?
Currently we do not ship to Canada or international destinations. We only ship to the U.S. and U.S. Territories.
Returns:
Items ordered from SimpleMemoryKits.com can be returned to us within 20 days of the ship date. There is a 15% restocking fee that will be charged to your account before any credit is issued. Please contact us first before returning the item by clicking here, so that we can assist you in a timely matter.
How do I return an item I ordered?
First contact us using our contact us page. We will instruct you on the process needed to return your item. Please specify why you are returning the item when you contact us as this will help expedite the return process. The customer must pay all costs related to return shipping. After receiving and inspecting the returned merchandise, we will reimburse your credit card for the purchase price of the item, less the restocking fee of 15%. |
